I've had several relatives in my family who died within 2 to 3 years after Katrina. Thier homes had water damage. They were never told the truth about the danger of mold. I remember them having at least 15 or more of the symptoms listed on this site. They went through literal hell trying to get help, and no one knew what to do, because they just kept getting worse and worse until they died. I just recently saw on CNN, a segment of a show called: "New Orleans Rising". This segment showed massive amounts of mold in many homes and where people totally abandoned them as hopeless cases. Most of these homes were considered a total loss and destroyed. What amazes me is that there was no mention of what mold could do to one's self, and they only just show the economic delimna, but never the ultimate devastating effects, like appx. how many deaths and illnesses from something like this were caused. We all are now worried, and as others have mentioned as well, wondering if the oil spll could have just as many devastating effects, and that we will never hear about? We are all on our own it looks like!

I just hope and pray that the oil spill does'nt kill millions, as well as sicken possibly part or all of North America. It has been said in many reports that the chemcal dispersant Corexit is worse than the oil and that some of the rainfall in many parts of some states are already seeing dead plant and animal life. Folks, all of these are toxicity issues, and due to the magnitude of the monetary damage that could be caused to huge corporations, multitudes will suffer from this before it's over. The Exxon Valdez cleanup has almost no survivors left from those that were involved in that cleanup event. Folks, toxins are real, whether it be oil, mold, chemicals or any other item, and these things can alter life to the point of even death. Let's pray to God that this is'nt covered up like the mold delimna has been for years! God Bless

Many that have thought that toxins wont affect them or hurt anyone, are soon going to see something with this oil spill that will make them believers. They will have no doubts about toxins and sickness firsthand before this thing is even near over with. Enough said!

Has anyone been watching where many judges cant sue BP over the oil spill? They are recusing themselves and/or being made to do so when it comes to trying cases in regards to this. Many of these judges have investment links to BP. I wonder how many building industries and suppliers for homes, mobile homes, schools, etc., are in these same judges pockets? Since the mold delimna has not surfaced like the gigantic oil spill, I just mull over the financial chaos and lives that will be ruined or lost on many environmental issues, whereby many will be unjustly compensated due to big money and their influences!

Mold dangers are on the rise and will be considered a very important aspect of the medical establishment once the delimna is better exposed. It is starting to get more exposure as many physicians are starting to notice the drastic numbers in the population who are not getting sufficient treatment when it comes to fungus and the like. We are simply speaking biological warfare in the simplest sense, just masked over as a simple airborne contaminent. This is sad with what advaced technology that is available to us, that this delimna has been brushed under the rug. God Bless all the warriors in this fight.
