First of all, Insurance Policies should have a Bold Red Line of Print, across the entire policy, stating what the "Policy Does Not Cover" ; whereby the next victim of loss, totally understands what, and why, he did not get coverage! Many folks spend up to thousands of dollars per month, on Insurance Premiums of all types, to sometimes wake-up one morning, and see that there whole life has been turned upside down, because they did'nt have enough Insurance. Even if some thought they did, sometimes the policy had so many underwritings of such vague natures, and/or things that have'nt been fully explained to the Insured, that he could'nt understand some of it, possibly, unless he were an attorney.

Insurance is wonderful in its place, but, how many people has everyone known, that has not had some type of rift with an insurance company, at some time or another. Any issue/coverage, that could possibly be a peril, that your Insurance Company might not pay, should be made law, that a mandatory notice be given to the buyer/insured, before a catastrophe or when a new issue arises that possibly could have a clause or disclaimer that is not covered, whether it be wind, flood, mold, etc.

Would'nt it be fair to say, that if a person, for example, had been paying for Insurance, even long-term, and had maintained the same coverage, even though there had been some changes in the policy, but, all of a sudden, he is at a loss, due to a type coverage, that he knew nothing about, that was needed; that it should be only fair, that the claim should be paid, regardless of the ignorance of the policyholder, unless, he had papers signed, whereby he had been forewarned of something that he didnt have coverage for, and that he had deliberately declined this coverage, and in writing.

Should'nt the Insurance Companies post their clients as to the possibilities of the things they know about, that could happen if this coverage isnt purchased. It is their business to sell it, why cant they look out for all your possible needs regarding loss, if this is their business, the business of loss! All losses are someone elses gain, whether directly or indirectly. In most scenarios, if someone doesnt have to pay, and nothing is done about it, whos going to make them pay in the future. What would happen if a precedence was set, whereby they were financially disturbed, to the point, that they lost more than just a few percentage points with their stockholders, whereby they were made to pay all the claims, eventually, others would straighten up, fly right, and pay up. If any entity does not pay up, and is financially & politically stable, and uses his resources to fight any resistance, guess what happens? Usually the victim is the one who pays, whether its his home, his business, his health, his life, etc., because he only has his immediate resources in most cases to try and survive with, if he cant, no one else wants to follow suit and be hurt. This happens in many big business scenarios, usually against the small guy. 

Notes: When purchasing Insurance, many folks don't realize that they can purchase what is called; "Replacement-Costs-Insurance", whereby, when a loss occurs, you get back the current costs to replace what you have lost, not some deflated value that could possibly be way under-valued, compared to what you are now fixing to spend to replace what you have lost. Hypothetically, many folks have been devastated, to learn that what was $5000.00 10 years ago, may now cost $10,000.00, and then their insurer may say, due to the depreciation factor of the items being used, wear & tear, etc., etc. "We are now only allowing a portion of this, which can be a economic blow to the insured, especially if it's his home, automobile, etc.

Doctors are generally your friend, and are there to help. What many people dont realize, is that certain types of diseases are now coming out, that are hard to diagnose, treat and/or cure. In many cases, a patient has to sometimes, "fend" for themselves. Thats why some folks get 2 or 3 diagnoses on medical issues, as well as see specialists. Most Doctors treat what they know how to treat, and/or, have been trained to treat, to the best of their knowledge.

The reason you have some of the larger clinics and institutes, in some of your larger cities, with more advanced treatments in some areas of medicine, is due to research and science, whereby, they are involved with, New-Drugs, New-Protocols & New-Therapies, that have been introduced, in many instances, as new procedures and treatments for curing patients, due in part, to huge funding available to search for cures. Many of the doctors/specialists, that have the expertise to treat some illnesses, will not always be at the these clinics. Some are freelance entrepreneurs, who have studied diseases and cures, and have found the appropriate medical cures; this is not to say that they were not trained in these clinics at one time or another originally, and/or that they dont work with these clinics to help them as well, as well as the CDC, World Health Organization, Etc.

Many symptoms of Mold/Bio-Toxic-Exposure-illness, is almost always misdiagnosed, and is, in many cases, treated, with common drugs, for normal symptoms, of Allergies, and various other sicknesses, whereby, doctors usually assume, that your problems are stemming from these local issues. Without a thorough and complete understanding of this, it is hard for a person to become well or cured in many instances. Some will get better, but it is usually temporary, some will think they are well, but, have all types of other issues going on, some of the problems could be stemming from the first symptoms, that the original ones created. Some people, if not as genetically suscepteable to Mold, will possibly become well, if removed from the environment. The sad thing, is that many, even after removed from the environment, will either have damage, that could be irreversible, due to the lack of proper treatment. Many think that the problems that occur, even at a later date, is just fate' or happenstance', when, in many cases, it is a Mold/Bio-Toxic Illness, that simply materialized into a full blown problem/disease, that the body has not ben able to fight off, so, in essence, the bodys defense mechanisms have been disrupted, to the point of total breakdown and destruction, including death in some cases.

Many Doctors will simply not listen to new protocols, until it is mainstream media knowledge, whereby the masses, and/or the mainstream medical community as a whole, accept it finally as the gospel. It is too much trouble for some of them to stop their routine of standard treatment regimens, to have to in essense, (Quote, "go back to school",  if you will'); on an issue or disease, that they feel is what they have already diagnosed as something else possibly; i.e.,  Give you one drug after another, trying to get you well, even though your not well in many instances, due to the trouble of looking deeper into the problem, or possibly trying several drugs to seem to find a cure. Some doctors see up to as many as 4 drug reps per day. Todays quick fixes are sometimes the most profitable, fastest & easiest ways for a doctor to finish his day, especially if he sees a large multitude daily, when many of his patients make it harder for him, by asking for certain drugs by name, so as just to get the ball rolling and hope it works for both of them!  Basically, we have all become a society of the "Quick-Fix" mentality, and pretty much no one is exempt or not guilty of this in one form or another, it's todays way of treating in many instances. This of course does not apply do all doctors, as we need them, and we must have them, but things are changing, as are drugs and diseases, so it is hard to decipher some medical things; as many qoute, sometimes, you just have to fend for yourself, you usually know what is wrong, and you know if you are better or not from a treatment, and no person can be the doctor inside you.
