NOTES
If you will notice, in these above "Biblical Scriptures", there is mention of Mold, as being mentioned as a Plague, to the likes of Leprosy. Even calling it; "The Plague of Leprosy in a House". If you will notice, the first objective, upon recognizing this, is to empty the house. You will also notice, that it is mentioned, that even the stones, whereby the plague is noticed, be not only entirely removed, but placed far away, in an unclean place, out, away from the city, or whereby, away from where people would want to be, also, mentioning, that even the home be scraped within, round about, and the dust, or remnants of this type scraping or cleaning, be also put away from where people would frequent. This alone, would make reference to a natural known danger, and taking extra precautions, to not only remediate anything and everything in close proximity to this Mold, but also, any fragments, and/or remnants of it, that by chance, might get left unremoved.
If you will also notice, whereby it states, if it comes back again; to not only remove the stones, but, as the scripture states, in #45 "And he shall (break down) the house, (the stones) of it, and (the timber) thereof, and (all the morter) of the house; and he shall carry them forth out of the city into an unclean place." Thus meaning; to totally remove this particular house in its entirety! This would be a house, in our day and time, that would'nt be salvageable, as in those days as well.
A little further on in these scriptures, you will see, whereby, if the priest has not found, whereby it has spread, after the first cleanup, the following scriptures and procedures applied, even though, in that day and era, it was a type of remediation. But, this was just the first test, to see if the home was safe, even after the first attempt to repair, remediate, salvage, etc.
It really is no different today, than back in those ancient times, as far as knowing, that Mold is very dangerous, or there wouldnt have been such controversy over this, as the scriptures show. Another point; if the Mold had not been a major issue, a priest would not have been needed, to help the people. Usually a priest was called upon, in times of crisis, sickness, death, etc. In this era, the priest would have actually been your remediation specialist; and as the scriptures will indicate; he evaluated the situation with testing, he prescribed the plan to clean/remediate, he prescribed the re-testing, and/or the condemnation of the building as well. There most certainly had to have been sick people, regarding this issue, for it to have ever been this serious, and/or involved, whereby, specialists were called upon, as with Mold, as these scriptures will prove.
One could only assume, that there were some of the people in those days, as there are today, who were not genetically suscepteable to Mold Exposure, and or its associated problems, who were most likely used to do the type work required to remove the Mold, as the priest probably designated.
It is probable also, to believe, that there may have been protocols used, that we may not know of today, or certain herbs, oils, etc., which may have been used to handle these type dangerous items. As the Egyptians, for example, had embalming techniques, that to this day, cannot be replicated. We do know that Mold can make some sick, and/or cause death, or this would have never been mentioned in our Holy Bible thousands of years ago, nor would people have needed to call upon the priest of that day, to try to figure out what to do. Even then, it took someone more knowledgeable than themselves to figure this out, and/or what to do, from Gods words, not mans.
